Today’s conversation is with Fiona Killackey, the absolute business wizz behind My Daily Business Coach. Fiona helps everyone from small creatives to big businesses understand, create, analyze and improve their marketing, branding, content and overall strategies. Fiona also runs her own incredible podcast alongside the business, also called My Daily Business Coach, and works as a freelance writer for such publications as The Design Files, Refinery29 and The Age (just to name a few).
In this episode, we chat about Fiona’s family roots, her career trajectory from living in the UK and working for Amazon, commuting long hours to and fro – to moving back to Aus, child in tow, and launching her own freelance business – of which her son was the catalyst.
Fiona openly discusses her conception journey including experiencing secondary infertility and going through IVF for her second pregnancy. We also touch on grief and the loss of some very close people in her life including her own Mother.
